The opportunity

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager for the unit High Voltage Live Tank Breakers unit located in Ludvika Sweden. The unit has responsibility for the design production and sales of Hitachi High Voltage Live Tank Breakers. Through the years our circuit breakers have acquired a reputation for high reliability and long life in all climates and in all parts of the world.

As a Sales & Marketing Manager at Hitachi Energy you will be part of a multicultural team of professionals. You will proactively lead develop and coach the High Voltage Breakers Sales team in Ludvika. You will adapt and implement Sales strategies in accordance with the global this role you will report to the General Sales & Marketing Manager.

How youll make an impact

  • Lead and develop a team of Area Sales Managers as their first-line manager.
  • Own and manage the sales budget across multiple regions and customer segments.
  • Develop plan and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy for the team.
  • Set clear targets and drive their achievement through continuous performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead product industry and segment marketing establishing strategic and tactical plans that support the broader organization.
  • Build and maintain a highperforming team through effective structure staffing coaching motivation and crosscollaboration.
  • Drive the S&OP process ensuring accurate sales forecasting and alignment with operational capabilities and business priorities.
  • Grow existing business and identify new opportunities while continuously improving sales processes.
  • Prepare sales reports perform datadriven analysis and collaborate closely with managers and key stakeholders across local and global teamswhile exemplifying the Hitachi Energy Leadership Pillars.

Your background

  • Bachelors degree or higher in business engineering or another related field.
  • Proven leadership and linemanagement experience with the ability to lead develop and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with experience in complex technical sales tendering and customer engagements.
  • Several years of experience within High Voltage Products or a similar business environment.
  • Knowledge of switching applications within HVDC and bypass applications within FACTS is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in S&OP forecasting pricing processes and working with Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are an active listener confident presenter and peopleoriented communicator.
  • A leadership style grounded in strong work ethics results orientation open collaboration and customer focus.
  • Willingness to travel and proficiency in English; Swedish or other languages are an advantage.
