What You Will Do

Support daily quality activities on the shop floor
Help investigate defects and support root cause analysis
Review drawings and work instructions
Track analyze and automate quality data
Work with Engineering Manufacturing and Quality teams

What You Will Learn

How quality systems work in a manufacturing environment
Basics of root cause and corrective action
How to read engineering drawings and specifications
Practical experience with continuous improvement

Qualifications You Must Have

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Aerospace Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or related field).
Please be advised that the successful candidate must meet all requirements under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) & Controlled Goods Directorate (CGD) and be eligible to work in Canada. Securing CGD Clearance as required by Canadian law may take 1-2 weeks for Canadian citizens and permanent residents and up to 5 months or longer for international students.

Qualifications We Preferred

Strong problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings
Good communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office & Programming Languages
