Community Living Inc. is seeking a Respite Services Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for families exploring respite this role youll guide families through eligibility enrollment orientation and ongoing coordination while making the process clear welcoming and efficient.

Schedule: FT 40 Hrs. Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $21.25/hr
What Youll Do:
Respond to new respite inquiries and conduct intake meetings
Guide families through eligibility enrollment and program expectations
Complete eligibility reviews needs assessments and annual renewals
Maintain a priority list for all respite referrals
Track and manage annual In-Home Respite funding allocations
Oversee the In-Home Respite Payment Portal (client setup budgets reimbursement processing and reporting to finance)
Maintain accurate documentation in our electronic records system
Serve as a liaison between families case managers funders and community partners
Complete required trainings and support overall program operations
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to document clearly and professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
