Were seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across our this role youll help maintain a safe clean and functional environment by performing light mechanical repairs general upkeep and routine maintenance tasks. Pay: $28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Perform plumbing and HVAC repairs and clear drains
Replace ceiling tiles lamps air filters light painting fixex and fire extinguishers
Conduct touch-up painting in common areas and mechanical rooms
Assist with snow and ice removal
Maintain and repair door hardware blinds and furniture
Assist with general labor tasks such as organizing materials and cleaning equipment
Report safety hazards and larger maintenance issues to the appropriate team
Follow ABM and client safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures
Support seasonal and event-related maintenance needs
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience in a facilities or office maintenance environment preferred
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and basic hand tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous custodial experience is a plus
Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
