Summary
Be responsible for technical service in the assigned territory including equipment installation on-site repair preventive maintenance and operation training while providing technical support to dealer service teams. Support equipment registration activities and ensure compliance with technical requirements. Continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and collaborate with the sales team to support installation site preparation including layout planning and project-related AutoCAD drawings.

What You Will Do
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for STERIS product lines according to the technical requirements such as schematics diagrams technical manuals and etc. which includes disassembling replacing or repairing defective parts rewiring or reassembling troubleshooting adjusting/calibrating by using standard and specialized tools according to the manuals and completing device performance test to make sure the equipment ready for use.).根据STERIS产品线的技术要求例如电路图框图技术手册等进行设备维护和保养包括拆卸更换和维修问题配件组装和重新排线及根据手册标准利用特殊工具进行调整/定标完成设备性能测试以保证设备的正常使用
- Technical support to equipment registers.为设备注册工作提供技术支持
- Coordinate & oversee dealers service maintenance program. Guide dealers to support customers the installations.协助和监督维修代理商的维修保养工作指导服务代理商支持客户的安装项目
- Improve technical support for service dealers and customers by implementing and improving service process in maintenance service calls warranty calls on site field upgrade programs and etc.通过规范保养叫修和现场升级服务等服务流程以提高对代理商和客户的技术支持
- Plan daily and weekly maintenance sensibly and effectively according to STERIS working process. Comply with STERIS procedures and regulations of maintenance management and logs tools management and parts inventory.根据STERIS工作流程合理高效的安排每日和每周的维修保养工作执行公司对维修工作工作日志工具管理配件管理的行政管理规范
- Maintain a good working relationship with the Service Team and Sales Team. Provide the information to obtain sales opportunities timely.与维修团队销售团队建立良好的工作关系并提供信息以及时获取销售机会
- Keep effective communication with customers managers supporting functions the internal sales and dealers. Utilize current products and service skills to ensure the service quality exceeds customers expectations. Actively seek continuing education opportunities to reinforce and support STERIS overall Sales & Service strategies. 与客户经理支持团队销售和代理公司一起发展和建立起高效沟通的渠道充分利用现有产品和服务能力确保售后服务质量超过客户预期主动学习以加强支持STERIS整体销售服务战略
- Communicate technical problems and resolve complaints from customer or dealers. Assist sales and dealers in response to customers s questions regarding to equipment operation and performance. Provide on-site support to the sales and dealers limited in AutoCAD drawings installation and operation environment and requirements and other on-site technical service when necessary. 沟通来自客户或代理商的技术问题妥善解决投诉帮助销售和代理商团队解答客户在产品操作和性能上的疑问为销售和代理商提供AutoCAD设计设备安装运行条件及其它现场技术服务
- Conduct dealer service trainings and End-user operation trainings.完成代理商的维修培训和用户的操作使用培训
- Provide technical support to dealers through email telephone and on-site support as and when necessary.使用邮件电话和现场的方式为代理商提供技术支持
The Experience Skills Abilities Needed
Colleges degree or above in Electromechanical Medical Engineer Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning. 大专以上学历主修机电医学工程或暖通专业
Steam tube repair relatedhigh pressure/high temperature service experience is preferred. 有蒸汽管道或高温高压设备维修经验者为佳
More than 3 years of technical service experience 三年以上机电设备维修经验
Proficient in the installation repair and maintenance of electrical devices. 精通电气设备的安装维修和保养
Basic design capability of CAD drawings. 能使用CAD制图工具做图样和流程设计
Basic capability of project management on site including coordinate customer hospital construction company and other venders from hospital. 具备基本的现场项目管理能力 包括协调客户医院基建公司以及其他院方供应商的工作
Customer focused. A good team player. 有良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神
Positive working attitude and can work under pressure. 积极的工作态度能承受工作压力
Good in English listening reading and writing. Able to read comprehension of technical documents. 英文听读写良好 能阅读复杂的英文技术手册
Willing to travel frequently. 适应经常出差
