- Base salary range for Corporate Category Manager - Strategic Warehousing & 3PL between 100 000 and 110 000$ CAD annually
You can develop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise as the Corporate Category Manager - Strategic Warehousing & 3PL :
- Develop and lead logistics procurement strategies aligned with business needs in collaboration with internal teams and key partners.
- Contribute to the analysis planning and optimization of the logistics network including relocation scenarios new site design and flow assessments.
- Lead 3PL RFP processes evaluate proposed operational models compare total costs (TCO) and recommend the most efficient solutions.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements with logistics providers including financial operational legal and contractual components.
- Establish and maintain strong supplier governance: SLA monitoring performance management improvement plans and ongoing risk evaluation.
- Conduct advanced benchmarking analyses (costs capacities service levels warehousing models) to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Monitor logistics market trends emerging technologies warehousing best practices and 3PL innovations.
- Advise internal partners on logistics procurement strategies and decisions related to network design.
- Represent Cascades within the industry and develop a strong network of market contacts.
- Actively contribute to transformation initiatives and continuous improvement of the logistics network.
- Important note: this role is fully focused on strategy analysis negotiation and supplier governance. Itdoes not include daytoday operational warehouse management.

- Five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in strategic procurement ideally in a logistics environment.
- Experience in warehousing contract logistics network optimization or logistics infrastructure design projects.
- Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain management or a related field.
- Strong command of procurement strategies and tactics.
- Solid negotiation skills and expertise in TCO analysis.
- Excellent ability to collaborate with multisite and crossfunctional teams.
- Customerfocused mindset sound business judgment and strong influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in both French and English to communicate effectively with our units and partners in Québec Englishspeaking provinces and the United States.
