Job Summary

Job Summary: Dominion Due Diligence Group is seeking a highly motivated Noise Compliance Technician to join our team. The Noise Compliance Technician will be responsible for conducting noise surveys to comply with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Noise Abatement and Control requirements. This is an entry-level position and training will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

Research and compile noise data for vicinity roads railways and airports
Correspondence via email or phone with city county or state agencies
Create and analyze maps using Google Earth and ArcGIS platforms
Complete noise surveys and incorporate feedback from the review
Communicate with the manager and relevant environmental staff regarding the status of research/noise surveys

Qualifications

High-school diploma required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong internet research skills
Strong organizational skills and a focus on detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
