Biergarten Support Team
As a member of the Biergarten staff you are responsible for the maintenance and customer enjoyment of our Biergarten! Youll be tasked with assisting the Biergarten team in keeping the Biergarten clean stocking to ensure a smooth flow of service for other staff members and setting up for private and public evemts. The Biergarten staff is one team and every member must be able to work together to ensure a successful shift.
Duties:
Beer Garden Attendant:
Maintain cleanliness of the Biergarten: empty trash blow leaves etc.
Opening umbrellas moving tables and other Biergarten set-up tasks
Help guests navigate different areas of the Biergarten/campus
Stock kegs and water in the Biergarten as well as stocking kegs on other parts of the campus
Communicate with servers and support team about issues
Assist in setting up large events in the Biergarten
Closing down the Biergarten
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 810 hours per shift).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to bend stoop kneel reach and climb stairs as needed.
Ability to move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions as applicable to the role.
