Due to an internal promotion we require an exceptionally talented teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful teaching with develops the academic and personal progress of pupils with SEN. This experience can be gained from either a mainstream or special school setting.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Knowledge and understanding of pupils with autism and speech language and communication difficulties
An understanding and interest in SEN with experience in working with pupils who require additional support in accessing the curriculum
The ability to support the raising of standards and to accelerate pupil progress
The ability to work effectively within a team
