Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven professional to be responsible for tracking validating and reporting affordability initiatives for provider contracting across international health. This role plays a critical part in ensuring transparency accuracy and timely reporting while partnering closely with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical detail-oriented self-driven with good communication skills and strong technical capability in Excel. SQL is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate validate and report provider agreements across International Health (IH) in line with contractual terms.
- Track and monitor financial agreements with providers ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and enhance the monthly tracker of provider initiatives to support ongoing monitoring and reporting.
- Partner with international stakeholders to clarify assumptions and ensure alignment.
- Support continuous improvement of tracking processes automation and controls.
- Collaborate with the Medical Economics team and support analysis as required.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Bachelors degree in finance engineering or similar.
- No previous experience required.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical skills attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables data validation and reconciliation).
- Basic knowledge of SQL language or similar is a plus.
- Effective at time management and ability to take ownership.
- Actively contributes to process improvements and automation initiatives.
