Job Summary

Summer Student position Full-time only for this summer

As an Archiving Clerk for our team at the Laval location you will assist the team to ensure shipping or disposal of materiel once the archiving retention period has been reached.

In this role primary responsibilities include:

  • Assist in inventorying all study materials including slides blocks and tissues for each study as required by the study plan;
  • Assist in preparing the shipment or disposal of study-specific or non-study-specific materials once the archive retention period has been reached;
  • Carry out the scanning and backup of documentation to the appropriate server location for reference purposes;
  • Ensure the cleanliness of workspaces.

Key Elements

If you have the followingqualifications well train you for the rest:

  • High school diploma;
  • Able to work physiclly (lift up to 15kg stand bend etc.);
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Good organizational interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team.

Role Specific Information:

  • Location: 445 Boul. Armand-Frappier Laval QC H7V 4B3;
  • Transportation: Free parking. Near the Montmorency Subway. Electric vehicle charging station;
  • Salary: $17/hrs;
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM;
  • Temporary position fixed-term contract depending on your availabilities this summer.

About Safety Assessment
