Job Summary
Mission Chevrolet a leading car dealership in the El Paso area is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Receptionist. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Service Department. This is a full-time hourly position in the auto industry with a competitive compensation of $15.00 per hour paid biweekly. This is a team role which requires excellent communication skills attention to detail assisting customers with making appointments and checking on the status of their vehicle as well as getting them transferred to a Service Advisor if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers on the phone
- Answer all phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Forward calls to the correct Service Associate
Requirements:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings early evenings and weekends
- Must be able to work as a team and have communication with teammates and supervisors
- Must be able to multi-task but be able to ask for help when its needed
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
