Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced manager to lead a payroll team stacked with high performers in a high volume fast-paced environment where there is always something moving and no two weeks look the same. The company is going to double in size by this time next year and the ownership team is looking for a hands-on leader who can keep things running smoothly while implementing structure and processes to make the team better faster and more efficient. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of high performing payroll specialists serving as their go to resource for questions problem solving and day to day direction
Become the in-house expert on the companys payroll system and partner closely with leadership on updates improvements and system enhancements
Jump in from day one to spot inefficiencies streamline workflows and help strengthen daily payroll processes and procedures
Stay hands on by personally processing high volume payroll across weekly biweekly semimonthly and monthly cycles in 48 states
