Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of high performing payroll specialists serving as their go to resource for questions problem solving and day to day direction
- Become the in-house expert on the companys payroll system and partner closely with leadership on updates improvements and system enhancements
- Jump in from day one to spot inefficiencies streamline workflows and help strengthen daily payroll processes and procedures
- Stay hands on by personally processing high volume payroll across weekly biweekly semimonthly and monthly cycles in 48 states
