We are looking for a Stockist to support the retail department in activities related to the companys logistics operations in La Roca Village Outlet.
- 30 hours per week in rotating weekly shifts.
- Rotating schedule.
- Storage functions.
- Inmediate incorporation.
The position is based at the outlet in La Roca Village.
Goods Reception:
- Unload and check the incoming merchandise.
- Ensure that the received products match the purchase orders.
Storage:
- Sort and organize products on the appropriate shelves.
- Ensure that products are stored safely and remain easily accessible.
Inventory Management:
- Carry out regular inventory counts.
- Update inventory records in the management system.
Order Preparation:
- Pick and pack products for customer orders.
- Label and prepare shipments for distribution.
Warehouse Maintenance:
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments such as Sales and Logistics.
- Assist in resolving issues related to inventory and shipments.
Order Preparation:
- Pick and pack products for customer orders.
- Label and prepare shipments for distribution.
Warehouse Maintenance:
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments such as Sales and Logistics.
- Assist in resolving issues related to inventory and shipments.
- Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in a former role as a Warehouse Assistant in retail.
- Ability to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail regarding merchandise and its recording.
- Endurance and resilience with physical strength skills.
- Ability to move and lift medium to heavy items.
- Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems as well as technological tools.
- Team player.
- Availability to work flexible hours and shifts.
