Job Summary
Location: Charleston South Carolina
A well-established not-for-profit healthcare organization in the Charleston South Carolina area is actively seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its expanding outpatient practice. The position offers a strong referral base modern facilities and a supportive leadership structure designed to promote physician success and work-life balance.

Position Overview
Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
Conduct preventive health screenings and routine physical examinations
Manage chronic disease care plans and coordinate specialty referrals
Collaborate with advanced practice providers and care management teams
Participate in shared call schedule (primarily phone-based)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for South Carolina State medical licensure
Active or eligible DEA registration
Strong diagnostic communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to compassionate patient-focused care
