The Opportunity

Cordova is seeking a high-caliber Senior Full Stack Developer on behalf of our client for a critical 612 month project. This role is designed for a technical leader who thrives in a player-coach capacitysomeone capable of taking full ownership of complex workstreams while maintaining the professional maturity to collaborate and course-correct early.

While this is a Full Stack position the current project roadmap is weighted toward modernizing and expanding the front-end architecture. We need a developer who is a specialist in Angular but possesses the deep Java/Spring Boot roots of a seasoned Senior Engineer.

Technical Breakdown

60% Front-End (Angular): Leading the development of complex responsive UI components and ensuring seamless integration with back-end services.
40% Back-End (Java): Designing and maintaining robust scalable server-side logic and microservices.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Architecture

Full Stack Execution: Build and deploy high-performance applications using Angular for the front end and Java/Spring Boot for the service layer.
Framework Mastery: Utilize the Spring Boot framework to manage the majority of the contracts back-end deliverables ensuring best practices in security and scalability.
End-to-End Ownership: Take the reins on assigned features from initial architectural discussion through to testing and deployment.

Strategic Collaboration

Proactive Problem Solving: We are looking for a developer who avoids the silo trap. You should be able to run with a task independently but possess the intuition to ask clarifying questions before a failing submission.
Code Quality & Review: Maintain rigorous standards for code hygiene ensuring that logic is sound and aligned with project requirements prior to pull requests.

Candidate Qualifications

Technical Experience

Senior Java Roots: Must have extensive experience (6 years) as a Senior Java Developer with a deep understanding of the Java ecosystem.
Angular Expertise: Proven track record of building enterprise-grade applications in Angular (Recent versions preferred).
Spring Boot: Expert-level command of Spring Boot for rapid production-grade microservices development.
Database & Tools: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
