You will greet tenants and visitors respond to questions and concerns communicate clearly with your team and document observations. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by following site-specific security-related procedures access control practices and post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas parking areas loading zones and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns.
• Monitor and document security-related activity using radios phones and reporting tools and promptly communicate observations to property management and/or Allied Universal supervision as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting emergency services when appropriate and assisting with orderly response activities.
• Complete detailed patrol logs and incident reports collect relevant information and support follow-up actions while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet which is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
