Description

JOB PURPOSE AND PROFILE:

The CETA would like a to establish a panel of Technical Advisors for a period of 3-5 years to assist with annual DG window assessments. The roles are not permanent in nature and will be based on hourly rate and called out when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate applications against approved criteria
  • Conduct due diligence reviews
  • Perform compliance verification
  • Score and justify recommendations
  • Maintain proper audit documentation
Requirements

DESIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum NQF Level 6 qualification
  • Minimum 2 years Project evaluation or DG Evaluation

Experience in:

  • Due diligence
  • Compliance checks
  • Public sector funding reviews

Core Competencies:

  • Analytical scoring
  • Document verification
  • Compliance assessment
  • Risk flagging
  • Record keeping
  • Evidence file management

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITSThe appointment will be on a fixed term contract for a minimum of 3-5 years as a panel member subject to satisfactory performance.
