Jr. Multimedia Expert

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Content & Formats:

Production of a wide range of video formats and content including product videos social media clips animated explainer videos tutorials corporate presentations event recaps and more always tailored to the target audience and specific communication needs.

Concept & Production:

Independent management of all phases in the video production process: development of creative ideas based on centrally provided storyboards autonomous planning filming editing animation and post-production. Flexible adjustment of workflow and role distribution as defined by the central marketing brief.

Technical Setup:

Professional use of Adobe Creative Suite and Synthesia is mandatory; additional tools may be selected and applied creatively as needed.

Collaboration & Interface Management:

Close cooperation with the central marketing team: adoption and coordination of storyboards development and refinement of AI-driven video concepts in Synthesia regular feedback and reporting. Clear communication and documentation of project workflows and progress.

Language & Localization Skills:

Production and editing of videos primarily in German and English plus development and adaptation of multilingual formats through voice-over subtitles or AI synthesis. Sensitivity to cultural differences and country-specific requirements.

Special Requirements & CI/CD Compliance:

Execution of sophisticated product visualizations including integration and animation of 3D/engineering data development of complex animations and visually high-quality graphic concepts. Strict adherence to KSBs global CI/CD guidelines regarding branding design language and tone.

Creation of graphic marketing materials according to corporate guidelines based on briefs from the headquarters and international markets

Execution of both conceptual and routine graphic tasks; independent creative concept development is an added value but not mandatory

Design adaptation and optimization of layouts visuals and media for print digital and social media

Ensuring consistent brand representation and compliance with approval processes

Maintenance management and editing of assets in systems such as SharePoint Canto or Contentbird

Qualification Profile:

Solid hands-on experience in video production

Excellent skills in Adobe Suite and Synthesia

Experience in storytelling and the visualization of technical or complex products

Strong team player with an independent structured and creative working style

Sensitivity for brand management motion graphics trends and international communication standards

Regular use of the following systems is required: Teams SharePoint Jira Confluence Canto Contentbird Synthesia Marketo Canva Adobe Creative Suite and other internal KSB tools.
