Role overview
The Integrated Information Technology (IIT) IIT FP&A Team plays a key role in delivering high-quality controlling services and managing IT-related financials across the Carlsberg Group. The team is responsible for global budget planning cost analysis asset management and Intercompany Charge calculations ensuring compliance with Carlsbergs standards and guidelines. By providing accurate financial insights and strategic support IIT FP&A contributes to informed decision-making and drives operational efficiency across the organization
What youll be doing
- Delivering the agreed scope and processes of the IIT Controlling in alignment with defined objectives
- Conducting continuous improvement in operational performance
- Supporting functional initiatives and projects within your area of responsibility
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders and HR department to ensure effective cooperation
- Making and executing decisions with speed and quality
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the agreed FP&A controlling scope
- Reconciling payroll and travel costs validating new FTEs/vacancies
- FTE and HC figures standard/ad-hoc reporting
- Participating in month-end closing reporting and planning processes in relation to People costs (Budget Estimates True-up)
- Calculating Intercompany Charges and analyzing financial data against various baselines (Budget Estimates)
- Identifying root causes of variances and providing actionable insights
- Cooperating with external auditors to support audit processes
- Aligning yourself and your team with agreed priorities and promoting cross-team collaboration
Who were looking for
Were looking for someone who has:
- Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels (including top management)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Controlling or Financial Reporting
- Experience with budgeting forecasting variance analysis and financial modeling
- Solid understanding of cost allocation and cost center structures
- Familiarity with monthly financial closing processes accruals and reporting tools (e.g. SAP HFM)
- Ability to turn ideas into action quickly delivering with both speed and quality
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables Power Query complex formulas)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Foundational knowledge of accounting controlling and IFRS
- Strategic thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
