Job Summary
Caregiver Charleston SC Sign on Bonus for areas: Down Town Charleston Mt Pleasant Awendaw James Island Daniel Island offering a sign on bonus. Caregiver must work an average of 25 hours per week.
Summary:
Provides in-home personal care and support to clients under the supervision with the collaboration of the Care Team Manager and Client Care Manager . Assists with daily living needs monitors basic health indicators and helps maintain a safe comfortable home environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding
Support mobility: transfers ambulation and exercises
Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
Provide companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
Qualifications:
1 year experience
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and companionship
