There are currently two permanent whole-time vacancies available in HSE Dublin South and Wicklow Healthcare Area/ FSS Bhaile Átha Cliath Theas agus Cill Mhantáin. The roles are located in the office of the IHA Manager based in Carrickmines Dublin 18.

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for General Manager roles in the Office of the IHA Manager HSE Dublin South & Wicklow from which current and future permanent temporary and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Purpose of the Post:

The General Manager will be a member of the IHA Managers Senior Management Team this team will be collectively responsible for leading and enabling integrated work practices and cross service working at all levels within the IHA to serve the needs of their local population in line with the agreed matrix working arrangements.

The General Manager position is a pivotal role within the structure of the IHA Office. It encompasses both managerial and administrative responsibilities. The post holder will play a key role in contributing to both the strategic development and operational implementation of programmes of work across the IHA.

This role will evolve as the structures within the Healthcare Area are further developed and established with additional responsibilities in the form of service delivery programme management and project management.
