Overview

A growing behavioral health organization in Brooklyn is seeking a full-time CFTSS Program Coordinator to support and expand its HCBS/CFTSS services.

This role is ideal for a motivated energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a meaningful role in building and strengthening a program that serves families.

We are looking for someone who brings initiative professionalism and strong follow-through to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage intake and onboarding of new CFTSS referrals

  • Ensure timely communication with families and providers

  • Coordinate services efficiently and accurately

  • Maintain compliance documentation and tracking systems

  • Support outreach efforts and relationship-building with referral sources

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and responsiveness

  • Serve as a consistent reliable presence within the department

  • Assist in program growth initiatives

  • Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus (not required)
