Your Day to Day
- Provide a professional customerfocused reception experience for all visitors and colleagues.
- Oversee office coordination ensuring the workplace remains safe tidy and wellmaintained.
- Manage mailroom operations courier services vendor coordination and office supplies.
- Support office logistics including seating plans moves events meetings and internal communications.
- Supervise cleaners and guide the office administrator to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
What We Need From You
- 35 years experience in administrative secretarial facilities or office coordination roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks with confidence.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain professionalism in all situations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general administrative tools.
