Operations Specialist A&H (Maternity Cover) Norway

Are you a structured professional who thrives in an administrative and operational role We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Nordic Underwriting Operations team in Oslo for a 12-month maternity cover.

While you will be an integral part of our Operations department your dedicated focus will be supporting our Accident & Health (A&H) product line. You will work closely with our A&H Underwriters global support teams and insurance brokers ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your impact and responsibilities

Your day-to-day requires a steady hand and a keen eye for detail. Your tasks will include:

• Policy Administration: Accurate data entry and invoicing of insurance policies.

• Frontline Communication: Handling daily communication and inquiries via email and phone both internally and externally.

• Underwriting Support: Supporting our Underwriters with various ad-hoc tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Process Optimization: Analysing and proactively streamlining existing processes to improve our efficiency.

What youll need to succeed

We are looking for someone who takes pride in high-quality administration and problem-solving. We believe you are a match if you:

• Have experience from a support operations or administrative role where you are used to independently navigating different IT systems and processes.

• Are fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).

• Are highly structured reliable and take ownership of your tasks.

• Enjoy collaborating with a diverse team and building relationships across departments.

Meet the Team

You will be based in our Oslo office becoming part of a highly integrated Nordic Underwriting Operations team. You will work closely with around 10 dedicated Operations colleagues across Denmark Sweden Norway and Finland who all share a strong focus on high-quality support and teamwork.
