Skills and Competencies

• Extensive experience in product analyst product owner or product management roles within technology-driven environments
• Strong technical foundation with prior hands-on experience in software development or engineering
• Proven ability to lead coach and develop high-performing product or analysis teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle system design and agile delivery frameworks
• Demonstrated experience delivering data-intensive or artificial intelligence-enabled products
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance workflows and solve business challenges along with awareness of responsible and ethical AI use

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications in product management or technology disciplines preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads product strategy and delivery for complex technology products combining hands-on product ownership with team leadership and senior stakeholder engagement

• Serve as the Lead Product Analyst accountable for end-to-end product outcomes across a defined product area
• Own product discovery requirement definition prioritization and delivery execution across one or more agile teams
• Act as the primary product owner ensuring backlog quality clarity and alignment to business and technology strategy
• Drive trade-off decisions across scope timelines quality and technical design to maximize business value
• Partner closely with engineering teams on architecture design and implementation decisions to ensure scalability and alignment with product intent
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear testable and deliverable product requirements
• Lead mentor and guide product analysts business analysts or junior product owners
• Communicate product vision priorities risks and progress effectively to senior business and technology stakeholders
