The Curriculum Associate is responsible for the administrative tasks related to program advisory committees assessment of student learning career pathways website maintenance program accreditation and providing administrative support to Senior Director of Curriculum & Assessment. Primary areas of emphasis will include support to program directors and department chairs for program-level work. This position supports program and College-level initiatives facilitated by the Curriculum department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide lead support direction and information to all current and new program directors and department chairs regarding CVTC and Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) program advisory committee processes.
- Manage and maintain College-wide program advisory committee processes including assisting with development of required agenda items and maintaining member handbook.
- Develop and maintain system to track and communicate program advisory committee membership including CVTC staff/faculty CVTC program students and industry committee members.
- Maintain annual program advisory committee database to ensure required agenda items needing action as required by WTCS are included on relevant program agendas.
- Communicate with program advisory committee members on behalf of the program directors and department chairs.
- Review and finalize meeting agendas and minutes to ensure College meets standards as required by WTCS.
- Use basic principles of survey design to develop create and distribute electronic surveys to program advisory committee members to meet standards as required for WTCS.
- Develop and maintain system of program advisory committee information required for Technical Skills Attainment (TSA).
- Gather assemble track and prepare TSA information for submission to WTCS.
- Support the Program Accreditation Standing Committee.
- Develop and maintain system to track program accreditation interim reports self-study due dates and site visit dates.
- Provide support to program directors through the entire program accreditation process.
- Maintain database of program accreditation resources for common use.
- Organize program document libraries and upload documents needed for self-study and site visits.
- Prepare communications to CVTC Leadership and relevant stakeholders regarding program accreditation.
- Complete program accreditation applications as needed.
- Initiate request for payment of program accreditation fees as needed and properly allocate accreditation expenses.
- Support the program development meetings by assisting with agenda development scheduling catering and completing minutes.
- Coordinate communication with internal and external workforce stakeholders to develop new programs (i.e. DACUMS Ad-Hoc Committees etc.).
- Use basic principles of survey design to develop create and distribute electronic surveys to workforce stakeholders to meet standards as required for WTCS.
- Update Curriculum web pages regularly and assist in developing new content.
- Use HTML coding to maintain department webpage.
- Provide lead support for Senior Director of Curriculum & Assessment.
- Assist with department strategic projects by using basic techniques of project management.
- Support the program director/department chair meetings by assisting with agenda development scheduling catering and completing minutes.
- Manage calendars scheduling and organize departmental documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Schedule meetings prepare materials and agendas record minutes and provide administrative support for meetings.
- Provide administrative support for various committees.
- Provide administrative support to Curriculum department as needed.

Qualifications
- Associates degree in Administrative Professional or related field required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service and a detail-oriented office environment required.
- Experience using information management systems performing both routine and complex database tasks preferred.
