The Role:
Our site inRenois seeking anOperatorto join our team.At the Reno Entegris site you willbe a part ofthe leading global supplier of highly engineered cleaning materials supporting the semiconductor industry.
WhatYoullDo:
Assemble and/or inspect parts for any defects and assign a passing or failing grade
Ensure qualityproducts through carefulcleaning and handling of parts
Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimalwastedtime and materials
Support plant goalsofreducingcustomercomplaintsand damaged parts while increasingthe amount ofon time shipments

Ability to Read Blueprints Schematics and Manuals

OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:
PreviousManufacturing Experience
PreviousExperience in Semiconductor industry
Experience working in a Clean Room Environment
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand duringentireshift.
Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools repetitively twist bend and reach upward and handle small screws washers fasteners etc.
All employees go through 30-day on-the-job training in a fast-paced hard-working environment.
All employees are expected to be flexible working in varying departments as needed.

Eligible for annual bonus incentive
Pay range is $21/hr-$23 per hour depending upon experience.
