Overview
Monte Rosa is seeking a Program Management Solutions lead to support and enhance program management capabilities across the organization. This role will partner closely with Program Management and key stakeholders to assess needs implement tools and standardize reporting to improve visibility efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment within the Program Management function and with key cross-functional stakeholders
- Evaluate available project and program management software solutions and lead the selection of a tool that best meets Monte Rosas program management needs
- Develop standardized templates and reports tailored to different audiences including project teams functional leaders and senior management
- Establish and maintain consistent reporting tools formats and timelines across programs
- Support additional projects or strategic initiatives as needed based on organizational priorities
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive experience with program management software (MS Project Smartsheet ThinkCell Office Timeline etc.) a must with previous responsibility for evaluation and implementation
- Experience with program or project management processes tools and reporting
- Strong analytical organizational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex program data into clear actionable insights for diverse audiences
