Managing Clinical Director Lead Dentist
A patient-centered dental practice is seeking a Managing Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership while delivering exceptional patient care. This role blends hands-on dentistry with team mentorship and practice collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of dental professionals
Conduct comprehensive exams and diagnose oral health conditions
Develop and present treatment plans to patients
Deliver high-quality dental care with efficiency and professionalism
Collaborate with operations teams to support practice performance
Maintain high standards of ethics and patient care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
