In this role you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence cross-product release plans of high complexity with significant dependencies across multiple products and/or teams within a product line or single product
  • Lead the strategy and creation of highly complex product releases requiring coordination and analysis across multiple products and/or teams
  • Drive continuous delivery performance improvement leveraging delivery metrics
  • Provide vision direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative release planning dependency and delivery coordination and compliance requirements across multiple products and/or teams
  • Strategically engage with Business Services Leads Delivery Leads Product Owners Technology Leads and Scrum Masters and serve as an expert advisor to Product Management and Technology Leadership
  • Act as a coach across the product for Agile and Product Ways of Working ensuring compliance with Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle and Change Management policies as well as Ensure properly managing quality release communications


Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of Technology Delivery experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education


Required Qualifications for Europe Middle East & Africa only:

  • Experience in Technology Delivery or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
