About the role
We are seeking a dynamic systems and process expert to own the technology framework that powers our external manufacturing supply chain. You will act as the crucial link between our business needs and our system capabilities driving optimization leading key projects and ensuring our operations run on a world-class platform.

What you will do

  • Be the SAP Supply Chain Expert: Serve as the primary consultant for end-users translating complex business requirements into functional system specifications (SAP MM/PP/SD).
  • Drive Strategic Improvements: Lead and support critical projects from our SCM roadmap focusing on onboarding external manufacturing partners and enhancing system functionalities.
  • Champion Process & Data Integrity: Develop tools and drive improvements to ensure high-quality master data and streamlined efficient processes.
  • Enable the Business: Train and empower the user community to optimize their use of our supply chain systems procedures and tools.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Provide essential first-line support and consultancy to end-users and management guaranteeing the continuous service of all operational systems.


What you will need

  • Bachelor/master degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Research Logistics or equivalent qualification.
  • APICS CPIM/CIRM certification is a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a business environment with proven results in Order Fulfilment or external partner on boarding projects Supply Chain- /Business Planning IT and/or 1st line support roles.
  • Good knowledge of SAP (MM/PP/SD) S&OP and Supply Chain concepts.
  • Experience inf SAP implementation of External manufacturing vendor/Business partner onboarding.
  • Experience in Semiconductor industry outstanding Supply Chain network and business understanding.
  • Project management experience and knowledge of project management methodology (PRINCEII preferred).
  • Continuous improvement mindset experience with methods of Lean Sigma preferred.
  • Fluence in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to analyze situations formulate proposals for improvement get them accepted and drive realization.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional virtual and international teams.
  • Ability to learn and grasp system concepts functionality and business processes.
