We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant full stack Developer
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the design development and maintenance of web applications. The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies understands system architecture and can deliver high-quality scalable solutions.
Responsibilities

Frontend Development
Develop responsive user-friendly interfaces using HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue.
Implement UI/UX design with attention to detail and cross-browser compatibility.
Optimize frontend performance and ensure seamless user experiences.
Backend Development
Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Express Python (Django/Flask) Java (Spring) or similar frameworks.
Design scalable and secure server-side logic database queries and business logic.
Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
Database Management
Design query and manage databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis etc.
Develop efficient schemas migrations and data models.
DevOps & Deployment
Manage application deployment using AWS / Azure / GCP CI/CD pipelines Docker or Kubernetes.
Monitor and optimize system performance security and reliability.
Collaboration
Work closely with designers product managers and other engineers.
Participate in code reviews sprint planning and architectural discussions.
Write clear technical documentation.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one frontend framework.
Proficiency with backend development using Python Java or equivalent.
Experience with REST APIs authentication (JWT/OAuth) and microservices.
Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization tools.
Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes.
Knowledge of testing frameworks: Jest Mocha Cypress Selenium etc.
Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
Experience working in startup/fast-paced environments.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60000 to $75000. The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
