This position reports to:
Production SupervisorJob Description:
- Follow all required PPE guidelines (safety glasses cut-resistant gloves EH-rated safety shoes) and work safely around industrial materials such as sealants thinners and coolants.
- Read and interpret SFD special instructions TDRs manufacturing instructions and diagrams to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Operate lifting equipment and tools including lift trucks overhead cranes/hoists hand tools and pneumatic tools.
- Perform physical tasks such as repetitive pushing pulling and twisting of parts up to 50 lbs. and assist in other areas as needed.
Education and Experience Needed:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
- Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
