We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to design develop and optimize business intelligence dashboards reports and data models. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Power BI SQL and data modeling along with hands-on experience working with Postgres and Snowflake databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize data models (star/snowflake schemas) for analytics and reporting.
Use strong SQL skills to extract transform and analyze data from multiple sources including Postgres and Snowflake.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into meaningful BI solutions.
Implement DAX calculations measures KPIs and advanced visualizations.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and validation across multiple systems.
Maintain documentation for data sources processes and report logic.
Work closely with data engineers analysts and business teams to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (reports dashboards Power Query DAX data modeling)
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction transformation and optimization
Experience working with Postgres databases
Exposure to Snowflake cloud data warehouse
Strong understanding of reporting analytics and BI concepts
Ability to analyze data and translate business needs into actionable insights
