Position Summary

We have an opportunity fora highly skilled Administrator to join the Rolls-Royce Care teamwithinCivil Aerospace. You willprovide customers access to our services as well asproviding identity and access management support.

What you will be doing:

  • Customer and user Account management and administration.
  • Assistance with onboarding new customers onto the RR Portal / Ecommerce platform
  • Monitoring and actioning requests from Ecommerce customers for Rolls-Royce goods and services.
  • Liaising with other internal Rolls-Royce teams to provide services for Ecommerce customers.
  • Day-to-daycustomer and user support both internally and externally facing.
  • Focal point for Rolls-Royce users acting as key administrator on user account and additional access requirements.
  • Assistance in defining maintaining and defining user training material.
  • Assistance in defining maintaining and defining knowledge support articles.
  • Liaising with IT ecosystem providers including Compucentre DxC Azure etc..
  • Data processing/manipulation maintaining metrics as required in support of Rolls-Royce Care and supporting monthly reporting.
  • Ensuring that service is provided within SLA and maintaining delivery of requests/Incidents raised
