We are looking for you to join our International team in Freienbach Switzerland immediately or upon availability in a 100% capacity.

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Work closely within the Head of Capability Management to ensure full alignment on the GCS offering and provide feedback on emerging market requirements
- Work closely with the Head of Global Operations Management to ensure timely cross-sharing of information and good practice
- Serve in the role of Opportunity Manager when appointed to do so including the submission of quotations and proposals
- Interface with GCS Sales and Business Development colleagues to ensure alignment and efficiencies
- Attend industry events
- Identify emerging industry trends
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree in military science business engineering or similar fields with at least 15 years management experience
- Proven track record of at least10years in mine action services or related industries
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills capable of engaging with senior stakeholders government representatives and industry influencers
- High cultural awareness and experience working in international high-risk or post-conflict environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Fluent verbal and written English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong understanding of procurement processes
