Job Summary

1 Year contract to start
Hybrid: 1-2 days per week to Downtown Toronto

The opportunity

The Junior Data Analyst will support data-driven decisionmaking by collecting analyzing and transforming data into meaningful insights for stakeholders across the business.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills in Excel and Power BI and demonstrated experience working with complex datasets.
As part of theAudit Operations team the analyst will contribute to operational efficiency reporting excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Gather clean validate and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends anomalies and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations usingPower BIto support reporting and decision-making.
Build automated and recurring reports that improve consistency and efficiency.

Must haves:

35 yearsof relevant experience in data analysis reporting or business analytics.
Advanced Excelproficiency (pivot tables formulas lookups Power Query data modeling).
Strong Power BI experience including DAX data modeling dashboard development and publishing.
Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using various tools.
Familiarity with SQL is an asset (not required but preferred).
Prior experience working with corporate or professional services environments is considered an asset
