As the Store and Hirepool Assistant you will be based in Petone and responsible for assisting the Department Manager to deliver cost effective and efficient Stores and Hirepool services.

Delivering good work ensures the long-term success and profitability of our business. You are key to our success without our people doing good work we have no business.

In addition to the above you will:

Issuing and maintenance of stock items within the Store
Management and coordination of inwards and outwards goods
Operating the forklift for the movement of bulk items within the yard

Were looking for someone with:

Current Class 1 driver license (Class 2 license highly desirable)
Valid Forklift & WTR endorsements
Experience with small plant and equipment
Experience in inventory control and stock management
Confident computer skills including basic MS Office and data entry
Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on building positive relationships
