Clinical Lead Dentist Green Valley AZ
A patient-centered dental practice is seeking a Clinical Lead Dentist to guide care delivery while supporting a collaborative clinical team. This role combines hands-on dentistry with leadership responsibilities in a growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental exams and diagnose oral health conditions
Develop and present treatment plans to patients
Deliver high-quality clinical treatments
Lead and mentor dental team members
Collaborate with leadership to support practice performance
Maintain high standards of ethics and patient care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the applicable state)
Strong leadership and clinical skills
