Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

  • Design and implement endtoend automation solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (formerly Kofax TotalAgility).
  • Configure/customize workflows using TTA Designer and Transformation Modules.
  • Develop integrations and custom components /C#.
  • Build intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions involving classification extraction validation and workflow orchestration.

Banking Domain Expertise

  • Experience with banking document processes such as cheques lockbox/remittance KYC/account opening loans mortgages and statements.
  • Configure document classification and extraction for bankspecific formats and compliance needs.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Build dashboards and reports using Tungsten Insight.
  • Develop KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Strong SQL Server expertisecomplex queries stored procedures performance tuning.
  • Experience with TTA operational and reporting databases.

Infrastructure Cloud & Release Management

  • Understanding of TTA architecture (app web transformation DB servers).
  • Perform product upgrades fix packs environment patching and maintenance.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment/release coordination.

Support & Operational Excellence

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for TTA applications.
  • Troubleshoot suspended jobs workflow failures infrastructure issues and performance problems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Delivery Governance & Tools

  • Work within Change/Release Management processes.
  • Deliver using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Use JIRA for requirements user stories defects and sprint tracking.
  • Participate in estimation planning and continuous improvement.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $67733 - $108811/Annum

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national state provincial and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini in good faith believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include but are not limited to: Geographic location Education and qualifications Certifications and licenses Relevant experience and skills Seniority and performance Market and business consideration Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives bonuses or commissions depending on the position and applicable laws.
