Job Summary
The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking for a full-time Cocktail Server to join their Food & Beverage team! Steps away from Disney Springs the property offers five on-property dining options. John Ts Lounge is open daily from 4pm and offers an array of appetizers salads sandwiches and entrees until late. Ideal candidate has previous serving experience in a hotel lounge setting. Seeking someone who is attentive and knowledgeable about classic cocktails and wines.
Shift Pattern: typical PM shifts from 3pm-11pm or 5pm-1am. Weekend/holiday availability required.
Pay Rate: $10.98 per hour plus tips

What will I be doing
As a Cocktail Server you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
