Job Summary
The Director of SOX Compliance and Accounting Policy is responsible for maintenance of Vistras SOX business process control environment through support of the design implementation and evaluation of associated controls. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders external auditors and crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with SOX requirements maintain strong governance frameworks and promote a culture of controls awareness across the organization. This Director is also responsible for maintenance of the Companys accounting policies and procedures.Job Description

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field MBA preferred
Experience:
Skills:
CPA preferred
Experience with accounting and/or reporting systems
Strong leadership problem solving and communication skills
Broad understanding of accounting the accounting close process
