About the role
In this role as a Project & NPI Manager will hold responsibility to lead projects including New Product Introduction project and other improvement projects. Responsible from project planning up to qualification run and release to mass production.
What you will do
Lead new product introduction projects and other improvement projects.
Responsible to define the business case and project plan agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholders.
Responsible to implement and realize project targets according to the project plan.
Responsible to mitigate process risk from early development phase and responsible to drive for technical solution prior to release.
Define resources needed and build up a performing project team across organizations.
Communication point between BG R&D and assembly site to ensure smooth release from development to full production.
Manage all requested changes and execute change management process
Involve in technical evaluation process development and qualification within project.
Responsible to ensure all documents for new product release are reviewed updated and properly documented.
Present project for gate approval with review board.
What you will need:
Degree in Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) / Process Development / Project Management / Process Engineering in semiconductor industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
Good interpersonal leadership and a team player.
Good planning and time management.
