Are you ready to lead and inspire the FP&A function at Carlsberg This is an opportunity to drive strategic impact develop a high-performing team and present insights at the highest executive levels.

The Head of FP&A will report to the VP Business Planning and Analysis working closely with ExCom Regional CFOs and the Group CFO.

What youll be doing

AsHead ofFP&A and Strategic Finance you willleadan FP&A Teamto:

• Demonstrate big-picture thinking and storytelling presenting findings with clarity and impact.

• Deliver comprehensive analytics and insights that present an impartial view of business risks and opportunities enabling informed choices for immediate actions as well as long-term strategies.

• Distill key messages and insights fromcomplex datato guide executive decisions.

• Lead and develop the FP&A team fostering higher-level thinking and strong leadership skill development within the team to achieve multinational standards.

• Partner with Finance Transformation for continuous improvement in processes todrive simplificationspeedand standardization.

• Lead the financialcomponentof key strategic projects including some M&A initiatives bringing bothfinancial and strategic acumen.

What were looking for

Professional background and qualifications should cover:

• Significant experiencein the finance function(10- 15 years) preferably within large multinational organizations.
• Strong FP&A skills with a focus on business strategy and financial performance.

• Preference for candidates with comprehensive experience inbusiness partneringfinancial reporting cost management and FP&A as well as exposure to various markets regions organizational levels and stakeholder management.

• Proven ability to interpret complex data setsand a talent for extracting key messages.

• Strategic mindsetandanability to use data todrive strategic decision-making at the most senior level.

• Excellent communication skills in English withdemonstratedexecutive presence.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Exposure to strategicprojects including M&A is highly beneficial.
