Responsibilities
Evaluate diagnose and treat urgent and same-day medical cases
Perform minor surgical and medical procedures as needed
Develop and communicate treatment plans clearly with clients
Maintain thorough and accurate medical records
Collaborate with veterinary and support staff to ensure continuity of care
Utilize in-house diagnostic and imaging tools to support medical decisions
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain licensure)
Experience or strong interest in urgent care medicine
Solid diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Strong communication and client education abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
