What Youll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized data-driven treatment plans
- Manage a small caseload (67 clients) located primarily in the West 820 Loop & I-35W corridor
- Complete weekly in-home visits including parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Provide support and supervision to RBTs both in-home and remotely
- Use a tablet-based ABA data collection platform for efficient documentation
- Motivate and engage clients through learning play and positive reinforcement
- Maintain professional confidential communication with families and staff
All non-client time is fully remote
What Were Looking For
- Active BCBA certification and LBA license
- Masters degree in Psychology Special Education Behavioral Health or a related field
- Clean background check and drug screen
- Passion for high-quality ethical ABA and family collaboration
Compensation
$80000 $90000 annually
