Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in General Nursing (required)
- Valid RGN registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) (required)
- Eligible to work in Ireland
Requirements for Agency Nurses
- Positive attitude and team player
- Recent experience in general hospital settings
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Provide high-quality patient-centred care while working within scope of practice
- Maintain accurate timely patient documentation
- Participate as a team member in all aspects of patient care
- Take responsibility for ongoing professional development and ensure up-to-date compliance documents
- Follow policies protocols and guidelines in line with healthcare facility standards
