About the Job:
We areseekinga highly skilled and service-obsessedSecurity Engineerto join our Managed Services team. This roleis responsible fordeliveringday to dayoperational support engineering oversight and continuous improvement across our clients cloud security environments. The ideal candidate brings asecurity firstmindset strong accountability and a passion for customer success automation and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support forDefender for CloudandCrowdStrike CSPM including:
- Policy configuration Alert tuning Ongoing management and optimization
- Delivercloud security architecture and engineering supportacross Azure and AWS environments.
- Performcloud security configuration managementandcloud vulnerability management ensuring continuous hardening and compliance.
- SupportAzure and AWS remediation and implementationactivities (e.g. deploying new infrastructure rearchitecting workloads).
- Conductcloud access reviewsand create permission sets /leastprivilegeaccess for cloud applications.
- Performquarterly cloud security hygiene checksand provide improvement recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve misconfigurations includingAzure resource exposureorS3 bucket security issues
- Maintainaccurateand currentcloud environment documentationfor clients.
- Supportintegrationand build dashboards for visibility and reporting.
- Work directly with clients in a managed services capacity ensuring acustomer-first approachandtimelydelivery of all commitments.
Requirements:
- AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies certification (mandatory)
- RelevantAWS Security or Cloud certification (preferred)
- Hands-on experience supportingAzure and AWS cloud security services.
- Strong understanding of cloud workloads networking IAM and security configurations.
- Experience with CSPM tooling (Defender for Cloud CrowdStrike CSPM).
- Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills with ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work inshift-based operations.
