YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Account Manager you will manage Glovos partnerships with the citys leading restaurant brands. You will be responsible for maintaining these high-level relationships and implementing strategies to grow their total revenue.
THE JOURNEY
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovos partners through consistent and proactive communication identifying their needs and building engagement (Partners meetings and business reviews).
- Evaluate follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
- Draw and execute plans making your partners grow through promotions marketing activations and menu performance (selling items AOV Conversion Rate cross selling and upselling).
- Achieve your Quarterly Targets (Growth Revenue Ops Commercial).
- Ensure that Glovo has the best content by signing preferred partnerships with partners.
- Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits merchandising etc).
- Improve Glovos revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
- Understand build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
- Improve operational efficiency of the partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
- Teach the partner how to use the manager portal to become self-sufficient so that partner can: change and edit the menu activate promotions and check their information with Glovo.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least 1 year of experience in high-performance account management in a B2C or B2B business.
- Ability to comfortably work in a high growth and high-performance company with a fast pace.
- Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google tools (Google Docs Sheets & Slides Drive); Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Intermediate level of English.
- Strong commercial skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Problem solver data-driven with an analytical approach.
